Guide: Basic Profile Setup Checklist

Everything you’ll need to complete your Publisher Profile

What Is This Guide For?

This checklist covers everything you’ll need to complete your basic Profile. While the form includes additional fields, these essentials will help you set up an Advertiser-ready Profile.

Building Your Publisher Profile

Tab 1: Profile Setup

Be ready to upload:

  • Logos and imagery:

    • Square Logo

      • 1:1 ratio, PNG/JPG, max 500 KB recommended

    • Text Logo

      • 4:1 ratio, transparent background, 300 × 100 px recommended

    • Header Image

      • 2000 × 1000 px, ~1 MB recommended

Make sure your logos and header look sharp and cohesive.

Tab 2: People

Add your key contacts so enquiries reach the right person:

  • Commercial Manager

  • Content Manager - If you are not using our Campaign Manager tool, you can assign any team member as the default, this won’t impact functionality

  • Profile Manager

  • Profile Enquiries Manager

If no Profile Enquiries Manager is assigned, the Commercial Manager will automatically be set as the default contact for Advertiser enquiries.

Tab 3: Profile Basic Info

Have these ready to position your brand clearly:

  • Content Pillars and Advertiser Categories

  • Publisher USPs

  • Average Monthly Reach

  • Monthly Unique Visitors

  • Primary Category (e.g. Lifestyle, News, Entertainment)

  • Content Examples (top branded content pieces)

Strong, relevant examples improve your discoverability.

Tab 4: Profile Audience Info

Include core audience insights and segmentation:

  • Audience Segments and Sub-Segments

  • Audience Insights:

    • Demographics

    • Geographics

    • Psychographics (attitudes/ behaviour, aspirations, interests)

Tab 5: Profile Channels

Have up-to-date data on your distribution:

  • Active Channels URL (Owned Sites, Social, etc)

  • Reach (Monthly UA's, Followers, etc)

  • Other relevant benchmarks

Tab 6: Amplification Settings (Optional)

Confirm your amplification setup:

  • Campaign Amplification status (Yes/No)

    • Only select Yes if you're going to be using our managed amplification offering, AmpPlus. Otherwise, select No

  • If you're an AmpPlus client, select:

    • Amplification Channels you want to have available. Our recommendation is to turn everything on.

      • Meta

      • Native Ads

      • Apple News

      • Social Display

    • Geographical Restrictions (National or State-based) - Optional, only if applicable

Tab 7: Additional Profile Info

Set your content delivery expectations:

  • Video & Content Production SLAs, including:

    • Minimum Content Live Turnaround (Days)

    • First Draft Production Time

    • Internal Review & Revisions

    • Approved Content to Live

    • Minimum In-Market Time

  • Traffic Driver Approval Options:

    • Yes

    • No

    • For Fact-Checking Only

    • At Advertiser Request Only


Final Review

Before switching your profile to Active on the first tab:

  • Preview your Profile

    • Confirm visuals, metrics, and fields display correctly

  • Check for consistency

    • Names, categories, and data align across all tabs

A complete, accurate profile ensures Advertisers find and trust your brand.
