Basic Profile Setup Checklist

Before you start building your Profile, take a few minutes to review our Checklist. This guide helps you gather everything you need to set up your Profile smoothly and efficiently.

Once your Profile is configured, you will be ready and available to appear within the Collab Platform to be discoverable for Agency and Advertiser briefing.


Step 1: Determine Your Profile Structure

If you are a Publishing Group with multiple titles, or have regional or city-based pages, please read this Profiles vs Sub-Profiles Guide to understand the difference.

If you are a Publisher with a single title, move to Step 2.


Step 2: Add Profile and Audience Information

Your Publisher Profile acts as the storefront for each of your publishing titles - bringing your audience story, product and offerings to life for Advertisers.

If you have multiple titles, please ensure you complete this for each of your publishing titles or Profiles.


Step 3: Add Content Examples

Showcase examples of your published content to help Advertisers visualise how their stories could come to life.

To strengthen your Profile, we recommend including anywhere from 3-10 Content Examples per publishing title or Profile, highlighting a range of formats, topics, and execution styles.


Step 4: Activate Your Profile(s)

Once youโ€™ve completed all required fields and are confident your profile is ready for Advertisers, set it to Active to make it visible.
