How To: Add Audience Information To Your Publisher Profile

Give advertisers the context they need by showcasing your audience data.

A quick step-by-step guide on how to add audience details to your Publisher Profile, including geographic reach, engaged audiences, and audience segments with supporting insights. This helps advertisers better understand who your brand connects with and makes your profile more discoverable in the marketplace.


  1. Open the Publisher Profile where the case study should appear.

  2. Click "Edit Profile"

  3. Click "Profile Audience Info"

  4. Enter Geographic Reach

    • Select all applicable regions (minimum 1, maximum 10).

    • This shows advertisers where your audience is located.

  5. Select Engaged Audiences

    • Choose from the dropdown list.

    • These will be visible on your profile and searchable by advertisers.

  6. Add Audience Segments & Subsegments

    • Select relevant segments and subsegments.

    • For each, enter a supporting data point or insight in the text field.

  7. Add Demographic Breakdowns

    • For each category (Gender, Age, Household Income):

      • Select the label (e.g., Male)

      • Enter the % value (e.g., 68%).

  8. Scroll down to add Age Group.

  9. Scroll down to add Household Income.

    Include all relevant groups so you appear in more searches.

    Example: If you serve 30% 18–24 and 30% 25–49, list both.

  10. Add Audience Insights

    • Use up to 5 bullet points to outline key stats or trends about your audience.

      • “72% of the audience consumes branded content weekly”

      • “Strong affinity with travel and lifestyle brands”

    Select Relevant Industries

    • Choose all applicable industries your content or brand serves.

  11. Click "Save Changes"

    Tips for Better Visibility in Advertiser Search

    • Be specific — use real data wherever possible.

    • Add all relevant demographic groups to widen your search visibility.

    • Keep your insights up-to-date — refresh quarterly if data changes.
