Case Study and Opportunity Setup Checklist

Before you start adding Case Studies and Opportunities to your Profile, take a few minutes to review our Checklist. This guide helps you gather everything you need to set them up smoothly and efficiently.

Case Studies showcase your past work and demonstrate proven results, meanwhile Opportunities allow you to share proactive ideas and upcoming concepts that Advertisers can buy into.


Step 1: Add Case Studies

Showcase the impact of your work by uploading past work and success stories.

📸 Need a visual reference? View an example of a completed Case Study in our Visual Guide Deck.

We recommend starting with 3-5 Case Studies per publishing title or Profile, covering a range of budget tiers, execution types, formats, and industries. You can always add more over time.

Note: Can’t see the option to add Case Studies? Your access permissions might need updating - reach out to your Avid contact to have this set up.


Step 2: Add Opportunities

Keep Advertisers engaged with proactive real-time opportunities - such as limited-time packages, seasonal sponsorships, or new initiatives.

📸 Need a visual reference? View examples of a completed Opportunity in our Visual Guide Deck.

We recommend starting with 3–5 Opportunities per publishing title or Profile (where relevant), showcasing a mix of budget levels, campaign formats, seasonal moments, and industry categories. You can always add, remove or update Opportunities over time.
