How To: Edit or Delete an Opportunity in Publisher Profiles

Manage your Advertiser Shopfront opportunities quickly and confidently.

  1. Open the Publisher Profile where the Opportunity should appear

  2. Click "Manage Opportunities"

Then follow the steps below depending on the actions you want to take:

Edit an Opportunity

  1. Click "Edit Opportunity"

  2. Make any changes - including sponsorship name, package details, pricing, or visuals.

    Then click "Save Changes"

    💡 You can also adjust the Published Status to control advertiser visibility.

Unpublish an Opportunity

  1. Toggle Published Status to OFF

  2. Click "Save Changes"

    💡 Unpublished opportunities will still be visible to admins for future use or reactivation.

Delete an Opportunity

  1. Click "Delete Opportunity"

  2. Click "Yes, Remove"

💡 Tip: Deleted Opportunities are permanently removed from your Profile and cannot be restored.
