How To: Edit or Delete a Case Study in Publisher Profiles

Update or remove a case study from your Advertiser Shopfront in just a few clicks.

A quick guide on how to edit, unpublish, or delete a case study in your Publisher Profile. Learn how to make updates to campaign details, temporarily hide a case study, or delete it from your Advertiser Shopfront.


  1. Open the Publisher Profile where the case study should appear.

  2. Click the drop-down.

  3. Select "Manage Case Studies"


Edit A Case Study

  1. Click "Edit Case Study" on the case study card.

  2. Once all edits are made, click "Save Changes".

    You can also change the Published Status here to hide it from advertiser view.


Unpublish A Case Study

  1. Click "Edit Case Study" on the case study card.

  2. Click to toggle off.

  3. Click "Save Changes"

    Unpublished case studies will remain visible to admins in the Case Study Library.


Delete A Case Study

  1. Click "Delete Case Study"

  2. Click "Yes, Remove"

    Deleting a case study is permanent and cannot be undone.
