How To: Edit or Delete a Case Study in Publisher Profiles

Update, unpublish, or remove a Case Study from your Shopfront in just a few clicks

A simple step-by-step guide to help you edit, unpublish, or permanently delete a Case Study within your Publisher Profile.


  1. Open the Publisher Profile where the Case Study should appear

  2. Click the > button on the relevant Profile

  3. Click the drop down button on your top right-hand corner

  4. Select Manage Case Studies

    Then follow the steps below depending on the action you want to take:

Edit A Case Study

  1. Click Edit Case Study on the Case Study card

  2. Make changes in relevant tabs. Once all edits are made, click Save Changes

Unpublish A Case Study

  1. Click Edit Case Study on the Case Study card

  2. Toggle the Published Status to OFF

  3. Click Save Changes

    πŸ’‘ Tip: Unpublished Case Studies will remain visible to internal users in the Case Study Library but hidden from your Advertiser view.

Delete A Case Study

  1. Click Delete Case Study on the relevant Case Study card

  2. On the pop up, click Yes, Remove

    πŸ’‘ Tip: Deleting a Case Study is permanent and cannot be undone.
