Requesting Revisions From a Partner

Once you have reviewed a partner's response, you can request changes directly through the platform.

  • Navigate to your brief in the Brief Manager

  • Select View Response on the relevant partner

  • Scroll to the bottom and select Request Changes

  • This will take you directly to the Notice Board where you can share your feedback with the partner

The partner will be notified and can revise their submission based on the feedback provided.

Reviewing Revised Responses

Once a partner has updated their response, you will be notified via the platform.

  • Return to your brief in the Brief Manager and select the Response tab, and then click the View Response button

  • Select See Previous Versions to access the full revision history

  • All versions are stored within the platform - from version 1 through to the most recent submission

  • You can revert to any previous version at any time, giving you full control and confidence throughout the process

Submitting Your Outcome

Once you are ready to make a final decision, it is important to submit an outcome for every partner involved in your brief - whether they have won or not.

Giving clear, considered feedback is one of the most valuable things you can do as an advertiser on the platform. It gives partners the direction they need to improve future responses and keeps their business informed.

  • Navigate to the Outcome tab in the Brief Manager

  • Select your chosen partner and mark them as Won

  • Mark any unsuccessful partners as Lost, including a note on your decision

Partners will be notified of the outcome directly via the platform.
