What Is This Guide For?

This guide is for anyone managing briefs who want a simple way to communicate with Media Owners and internal stakeholders during the briefing stage.

It explains how to use the Noticeboard to keep questions, updates, and responses visible in one place, so nothing gets lost across emails.

What Is The Brief Manager Noticeboard?

The Brief Manager Noticeboard is a shared message space within each brief.

It’s where you can communicate directly with Media Owners and your internal team while responses are being developed.

Instead of relying on email threads, the Noticeboard keeps all communication connected to the brief, making it easy to track questions, clarifications, and updates in context.

How Does The Noticeboard Work?

The Noticeboard supports two-way communication throughout the briefing process.

You can post messages to Media Owners or your internal team at any time. This is useful for asking questions, clarifying details, or sharing updates while responses are being prepared.

When posting, you can:

  • Choose who sees the message (publisher or internal only)

  • Select a publisher to ensure the message is directed correctly

  • Send the message as an email so stakeholders or Media Owners don’t miss it

  • Select the right topic to organise and filter communication

  • Reply in threads to keep conversations grouped

  • You can also edit or delete your own posts

When Should I Use The Noticeboard?

Use the Noticeboard when you want to:

  • Ask Media Owners questions about their response

  • Update urgent details of your brief after it’s been sent

  • Share additional details on your brief

  • Share updates or changes with Media Owners

  • Keep communication visible to your internal team

It’s especially useful for keeping all communication in one place, so you can easily search and filter conversations.

What Can I Do From The Noticeboard?

From the Noticeboard, you can:

  • Message Media Owners directly within the brief

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders

  • Ask questions or request clarification on responses

  • Flag urgent updates

  • Reply in threads to keep discussions organised

  • Search and filter messages to find updates quickly
