What Is This Guide For?

This guide is for you and teams who want a simple way to stay across campaign updates, changes and key moments without relying on email threads. It explains what the Campaign Noticeboard is, how it works, and how you can use it to keep communication clear and visible through your campaign.

What Is The Campaign Noticeboard?

The Campaign Noticeboard is a shared message space linked to each campaign. It’s where day to day updates, key milestones and quick messages live all in one place for stakeholders in the campaign and publishers.

Instead of important updates getting buried in emails or chats, the Noticeboard keeps everything connected to the campaign. This makes it easy for anyone involved to see what’s happened, what’s changed and what’s coming up at a glance.

How Does The Noticeboard Work?

The Noticeboard combines two types of updates:

  • Manual posts (two-way communication)
Anyone added to the campaign (your internal team or the publisher) can post updates. This is useful for sharing quick notes, clarifications, confirmations, or reminders that don’t need a formal email thread.

    • When posting, you can:

      • Control who sees the update (internal only or all participants)

      • Mark posts as urgent to highlight priority items

      • Send the update as an email so key stakeholders don’t miss it

    • Add category tags to make posts easier to scan and filter

    • Reply in a thread to keep follow-up discussion contained

    • You can edit or delete your own posts. Any changes are clearly logged for transparency.

  • Automatic system updates (key campaign milestones)
The platform also posts automatic updates when important campaign events happen creating a timestamped activity log without anyone needing to manually communicate changes. This includes updates such as:

    • Campaign date changes

      • Content or distributions going live

      • New assets or files added

      • Campaign status changes

    • These system updates help create a clear audit trail of what changed and when.

When Should I Use The Noticeboard?

Use the Noticeboard when you want to:

  • Share or check quick campaign updates without starting long email threads

  • Stay across key changes (e.g. date updates, content going live)

  • Confirm actions or next steps in a way that’s visible to everyone

  • Catch up on what’s happened if you’ve been out of the loop

It’s especially useful for keeping context in one place, so you don’t have to dig through emails to understand what’s changed on a campaign.

What Can I Do From The Noticeboard?

From the Noticeboard, you can:

  • Post updates or clarifications to your campaign team

  • Flag urgent messages so they’re seen quickly

  • Reply to updates in one thread for easy tracking

  • See a live feed of key campaign milestones

  • Search and filter posts to find specific updates later

This makes it easier to manage day to day communication without extra emails.

Campaign vs Content Noticeboards: What’s the Difference?

Noticeboards are available at both the Campaign and Content levels, helping teams communicate at the right level of detail.

Campaign Noticeboard

The Campaign Noticeboard provides a complete view of all conversations and updates across the entire campaign.

Use it for:

  • Campaign-wide announcements

  • Timelines and milestone updates

  • General coordination and planning

  • High-level discussions that impact multiple content pieces

Think of this as the big-picture communication space for the campaign.

Content Noticeboard

Each individual content piece also has its own Content Noticeboard for more focused collaboration.

Use it for:

  • Content-specific feedback

  • Approval discussions

  • Questions or revisions

  • Updates relevant to a single asset

Think of this as a focused space for managing content without the noise of the wider campaign discussions.

How They Work Together

Content Noticeboards are essentially a filtered view of the Campaign Noticeboard.

  • Posts tagged to a specific content piece will appear in:

    • the Campaign Noticeboard, and

    • the related Content Noticeboard

  • Campaign-level posts remain visible only at the campaign level

This structure keeps all communication connected while making it easier to stay focused when managing multiple content pieces at once.
