What is the Campaign Forecaster?
The Campaign Forecaster is your single source of truth for campaign timelines. It builds your campaign specific timeline using your agreed SLAs and dates from the campaign form, product SLAs and Workspace Settings, then keeps it accurate automatically as the campaign progresses.
When a task is completed, delayed or updated, the timeline recalculates in real time. This ensures internal teams, advertisers and publishers are always working from the same, up to date view.
The Forecaster helps you:
Anticipate upcoming reviews and milestones
Identify potential delays early
Understand when content is expected to go live
See when reporting will be available
All without relying on spreadsheets, emails or manual updates.
How Does Forecaster Work?
Forecaster builds your campaign timeline using your SLAs and live dates set in the Campaign Form, product form and Workspace Settings.
Once enabled, it:
Creates a structured workflow across stages, items and steps
Assigns tasks to the correct organisation and user
Applies your agreed SLAs to calculate due dates
Connects each step using dependency logic
Because every step depends on the one before it, changing one date automatically recalculates everything that follows.
If a task is delayed, Forecaster will:
Absorb delays into available slack where possible
Recalculate future steps proportionally if needed
Trigger risk alerts if the live date becomes unachievable
All updates happen in real time, meaning your workflow, notifications, to-dos and projected live dates stay aligned without manual recalculation.
Where To Find Your Campaign Timeline
You can access your campaign timeline from the Forecaster tab within your campaign overview, then clicking on the ‘Forecaster’ tab. This is your go to view for seeing how your campaign is paced over time, across publishers and content pieces.

How To Keep Your Campaign On Track
To keep your campaign running smoothly:
Check your timeline regularly to stay ahead of upcoming review and live dates
Monitor your To-Dos so approvals don’t hold up production
Keep an eye on the Noticeboard for any date changes or updates
Flag risks early if you see dates slipping, so timelines can be adjusted proactively
Using the timeline as your single source of truth helps you avoid delays and stay in control of delivery even when timelines shift.
