How To: Find All Your Campaign Information

This guide shows you where to find key campaign details in one place including timelines, deliverables and content status so you can easily track progress and know what’s happening across your campaign.

  1. Navigate to your Campaign Overview.

    The To-Do tab shows a list of campaign actions, so you can quickly see what needs to be done, what’s coming up next and what’s already been completed for each content piece.

2. The Overview tab gives you a quick snapshot of your campaign in one place. It’s designed to help you understand your live and upcoming activity and is the best place to start before exploring content, reporting or delivery details.

3. Once your campaign is live, you can view its performance at any time by clicking "View Reporting Dashboard" at the top of the screen.

4. The Performance Dashboard gives you a view of how your campaign is tracking, including progress towards key metrics such as impressions, article views or video plays.

5. The Files tab lets you view and manage all files related to your campaign, including images, display creative, brand guidelines and any additional briefing documents.

6. You can upload files and assets throughout the campaign production period via this tab.

7. The Content tab shows the content included in your campaign and its current status, such as “In Progress” or “Planning.”

8. To view details, track progress or complete actions like reviewing or approving content, select "Manage Content".

9. The Tracking & Reporting tab covers reporting cadence and tracking link requirements for the campaign.

10. The Campaign Team section shows everyone involved in your campaign, including your Avid team and publisher contacts. It helps you understand who is responsible for each part of the campaign.

11. You can view each person’s role and contact details, and select "View Contact" to see their full information.

12. You can also add additional campaign contacts by selecting "Manage Resources" and adding the contact’s name and email address.

13. Billing Details shows the billing information linked to your campaign.

14. Noticeboard shows important updates and messages related to your campaign, such as status changes, timeline updates and messages from publishers and other stakeholders working on the campaign.

15. You can review past updates and use filters or category tags to quickly find what’s most relevant.

16. You can use the "Important Only" Filter to view any important updates quickly.

17. Or use the "Show Date" and Search bar to view more specific updates.

18. Forecaster displays your campaign timeline, including key stages, milestones and upcoming steps. It gives you a clear view of where your campaign is up to, what’s coming next and who’s responsible for each task.

You can expand each stage to view task details, due dates and ownership, helping you plan ahead and keep your campaign on track.

19. Click "Home" to return to your Advertiser homepage.
