The Noticeboard in Brief Manager is your central place for all campaign communication. Instead of managing feedback, questions, and updates across email threads, everything lives in one place - connected directly to your brief. Use it to message media partners, share internal notes with your team, and keep a clear record of all conversations throughout the campaign.

  1. Navigate to your Workspace

Your Workspace is the home base for all your activity on the Collab Platform. Start here to access your active briefs.

  2. Select Brief Manager from the left sidebar menu

This takes you to the list of all your active and past briefs.

  3. Click the action button for the chosen campaign

Open the brief you want to communicate on. Each brief has its own dedicated Noticeboard, keeping conversations organised per campaign.

  4. Navigate to the Noticeboard tab

The Noticeboard tab is where all messages, updates, and internal notes for this brief live. You will see a full history of all communications posted so far.

  5. Write your message in the text field

Type your update, question, or feedback here. This could be anything from requesting more information from a media partner, flagging a critical brief update, or leaving an internal note for your team.

  6. Click the Topic dropdown to select a relevant tag (optional)

Topics help categorise your message so it is easier to search and filter later. For example, use Critical Brief Update to flag urgent changes that may impact the campaign, or Additional Detail for smaller clarifications.

  7. Click the Visibility dropdown to control who can see the message

This is important for keeping the right messages with the right audience. Select a specific media agency or advertiser to make the message visible to them, or choose Internal to keep it within your team only. By default, messages are visible to all participants on the brief.

  8. Click Post

Once posted, the relevant participants will be notified by email so nothing gets missed - even if they are not actively logged into the platform.

  9. View the topic tag on each message

Each posted message will display its topic tag, making it easy to scan the Noticeboard at a glance and understand the nature of each communication without reading every message in full.

  10. To filter by visibility, click Internal

Use this to quickly isolate internal team messages from external partner communications. This is helpful when you want to review internal notes without the noise of the full conversation thread.

  11. To filter by timeline, click the Date dropdown

Useful when reviewing a long thread - filter by date range to find messages from a specific period without scrolling through the full history.

12. To search by keyword, use the Search Notices text field

Search for a specific word or phrase to quickly locate a message without scrolling. This is particularly helpful on longer campaigns with a high volume of Noticeboard activity.
