Why It Matters
Giving clear, considered feedback is one of the most valuable things you can do as an advertiser on the platform. It gives Partners the direction they need to improve future responses and keeps their business informed.
Selecting Your Final Partners
Navigate to the Outcome tab in the Brief Manager
Select a Partner from the left-hand panel
Choose their Brief Outcome - mark them as Won or Lost
For your winning Partner, select the Campaign Plan you'd like to move forward with
Add feedback in the Feedback field, including a note on your decision for any unsuccessful Partners
Click Submit Outcome To Media Owner to notify them, or Save As Draft to return later
Partners will be notified of the outcome directly via the platform.
Revising an Outcome
We understand that decisions can change. You can always revise your outcome and update your feedback at any time by returning to the Outcome tab in the Brief Manager.
