What Happens After You Submit A Brief

Once your brief is live, media partners on the platform will be notified and can begin preparing their responses.

Here's what to expect:

  • Responses will appear directly in your Collab Platform dashboard

  • You'll receive a notification when a partner has responded

  • Partners may reach out via the platform messaging tool to clarify details before submitting their response

Communicating With Media Partners

All communication with partners happens directly inside the Collab Platform - keeping everything in one place.

  • Use the Noticeboard within your brief to respond to partner questions

  • Keep responses timely to avoid delays in receiving proposals

  • If your campaign details change, update partners via the messaging tool as soon as possible

Comparing Responses and Sharing Feedback

Once you start receiving responses, the Compare Tool makes it easy to evaluate partners side by side.

  • Select the responses you want to compare

  • Use the AI-powered summary to identify the strongest fit for your campaign goals

  • Shortlist your preferred partners before making a final decision

Requesting and Receiving Feedback

Once you've reviewed responses, you can request further information or changes directly from partners through the platform:

  • Send feedback requests to individual partners from within your brief

  • Partners will respond directly via the platform - keeping all communication in one place

  • All feedback history is stored within the tool so nothing gets lost across emails or calls

Submitting an Outcome

Once you've made your decision, the final step is submitting an outcome for each partner:

  • Mark your chosen partner as Won

  • Mark any unsuccessful partners as Lost

  • Partners will be notified of the outcome via the platform

This closes out the brief and gives partners the visibility they need to plan ahead.
