Where to Check the Status of Briefs
Upon logging into your Advertiser homepage in the Collab platform, navigate to Build and select Brief Manager.
From here you can sort through all previously submitted briefs as well as those in Draft.
Status | Definition |
My Briefs | Displays all briefs you’ve created or submitted. Use this view to track the status of your briefs, review responses, and manage any briefs you’re currently working on. |
Draft | Briefs that have been started but not yet sent. You can return to these and complete them later. |
Awaiting Response | When you send a brief to a Media Owner, the brief will be logged as Awaiting Response. It will stay in this state until the Media Owner submits their response. |
In Review | When a Media Owner submits a response, the brief moves to In Review. This is where you can quickly find briefs that need action.
At this stage, you can review the response, Request Changes or select Submit Outcome. This moves the brief to the final stage, where you confirm won/lost, final budgets, and share feedback with Media Owners. Note: A brief can be both In Review and Awaiting Response if it’s been sent to multiple Media Owners and only some have responded. |
Revision Required | This tab shows all briefs where you’ve requested changes from a Media Owner during the In Review stage. |
Completed | The Completed view shows all briefs that have been sent to Media Owners, received responses and have a final outcome. |
Cancelled | If a Brief is cancelled at any stage of the process, it will be found here. |
Archived | Archive briefs that are no longer relevant to keep your view organised. This tab shows all archived briefs, regardless of their previous status. |
