1. From your Advertiser homepage, select "Brief Manager" in the side bar menu.
2. Select the "In Review" tab to view briefs with submitted Media Partner responses that are ready for review.
3. Click “Review Responses” on the relevant brief to review Media Partners responses.
4. Click “View Response” on the preferred media plan to review the selected recommendation before submitting the campaign outcome.
5. Click “Submit Outcome” at the bottom of the response details to confirm the campaign outcome and notify the relevant Media Partners through the platform.
6. Select “Won” or “Lost” as the brief outcome to update the status of the response and notify the Media Partner of the decision.
7. For the media response you would like to proceed with, select the “This campaign is ready for kickoff” box to move through to the next stage.
8. Select the "Campaign Plan" from the dropdown menu.
9. Enter notes in the Message field to notify the Media Partner of the campaign outcome and share any relevant feedback.
10. Click “Submit Outcome to Media Partner” to finalise the brief outcome and notify the selected Media Partner through the platform.
