What Are Platform Inclusions?

When submitting a brief, you will be asked to select your Platform Inclusions before moving to the Budget Allocation tab. This step lets you choose the features and support services that are right for your campaign - so you only pay for what you will actually use.

Some inclusions are mandatory and always on as part of the base platform. Others are optional and can be toggled on depending on your campaign type, team capacity, and reporting needs. Managed service inclusions mean the Avid Customer Success team handles that element for you.


How Fees Work

Your selections are added up into a single platform fee, with discounts applied based on overall campaign spend. The higher your campaign spend, the greater your discount.

Fees can come out of your existing campaign budget or be added on top. Inclusions are confirmed before Budget Allocation, so your media spend reflects your final investment.
