To find your Campaign Reporting Dashboard go to your Advertiser homepage, select Active Campaigns.
2. Use the Search here field to find your campaign by name.
3. Once your campaign appears, click the arrow to expand and view the details.
4. To review your full campaign results and performance, go to the Overview tab and select View Reporting Dashboard in the top right corner of the screen.
5. In your campaign dashboard, you might see a notification if the data hasn’t updated in the last 24 hours. This simply means the latest metrics will appear in the next daily refresh.
6. This section shows how your campaign is performing within the selected date range, from Start Date to End Date. It helps you see how your results are tracking against your guarantees.
7. The progress rings give you a quick visual snapshot of how your campaign is performing. They’re an easy way to see your results build over time.
Each ring gradually fills as your results move toward the guaranteed metrics set in your campaign plan.
As delivery increases, the ring moves from 0% to 100%. When a ring reaches 100%, it means the guaranteed target has been achieved.
If you need more detail, click the ? icon next to each metric to see a short, helpful explanation of what that metric means.
8. When delivery goes beyond your guaranteed commitment, the progress percentage may show above 100% to reflect the extra performance achieved.
9. Review your campaign’s key metrics in this section, including Impressions, Article Views, Video Plays and Clicks to Client.
10. Clicks to Client refers to the number of times users clicked through to your main primary URL link.
11. Use this section to see how each metric is tracking against your guarantees so far.
For example, if 120,000 impressions have been delivered out of a 1,200,000 impression guarantee, that represents 10%, which is what the progress rings will show.
12. The Engagement section shows how audiences are interacting with your content across social channels, including comments, reactions, shares and saves. These are combined into a single engagement total.
13. You can share the dashboard by selecting the Share button in the top-right corner of the screen.
14. Click the Share button to copy the dashboard URL. A URL is simply a web link to this page.
15. You can paste this link into an email or message or to another tab to share the live dashboard with others, including external stakeholders who aren’t logged into the platform, so they can view your campaign results.
16. Another way to quickly navigate to the performance dashboard is by clicking Home to go back to your Advertiser homepage.
17. On your Advertiser Homepage, select Performance Dashboard to view your campaign performance.
18. Select an item and click View Dashboard to open the reporting for that campaign.
