How To: Understand Your Campaign Deliverables

See what’s included in your campaign, understand the guaranteed vs expected deliverables and view how each placement contributes to your overall results

1.From your Advertiser homepage, select "Active Campaigns".

2. To find your campaign by name, use the Search here field.

3. Once your campaign appears, click the arrow to expand and view the details.

4. Click the Content tab in the campaign menu to open your content list. This shows all content for your campaign, along with its status, phase, publisher and scheduled date, making it easy to see what’s in progress and what’s coming up.

5. Select an item and click "Manage Content" to view the details.

6. Here, you’ll find an overview of all the content included in your campaign. You’ll see a clear snapshot of each content piece, including the title, whether it’s primary or supplementary, its current status and the planned live date.

This view helps you quickly understand what needs your attention, what is in progress and what has already been completed.

Each item appears in order, making it easy to track progress and move content through review and approval.

7. Select Deliverables from the top menu to see details.

8. The Deliverables section outlines what the campaign is set to achieve and how performance is structured.

You’ll see two key columns:

  • Guaranteed – the agreed minimum results the campaign will deliver.

  • Expected – the anticipated performance based on planned distribution and optimisation efforts.

Each row represents a specific performance metric, such as Article Views, Impressions, Video Plays, Clicks, Circulations, Listens, Downloads, or Reach.

This layout allows you to clearly compare committed delivery against projected performance.

9. To quickly view the Overall Campaign Deliverables, click the Back < button to return to the main Campaign Overview page.

10. This will take you to the Content tab. From here, click the Overview tab to view the campaign details, including the Overall Campaign deliverables.

11. In the Overview tab, scroll down to the lower right section to find the Deliverables panel, where the Campaign’s Overall key delivery metrics are displayed.

12. If the campaign has multiple phases, at the top of the page, click Phase 1 or Phase 2 to switch between phases. This allows you to view the deliverables and campaign details for each phase individually.
