How to Access Your Performance Dashboard
To access your campaign reporting, go to your Advertiser Portal or homepage. In the left hand menu, scroll to Deliver and select Performance Dashboard.
From the list of your active campaigns, click View Dashboard on the campaign you’d like to review.
Understanding Campaign Details
At the top of the dashboard, the campaign name and timing details are displayed, including start and end dates and the number of days remaining. This gives you important context for interpreting performance, helping you understand whether delivery is on track for where you are in the campaign timeline.
Reviewing Your Campaign Guarantees
Below the campaign timings, you’ll see the Campaign Guarantees section, which outlines the delivery commitments for your campaign:
Impressions Guarantee: The guaranteed number of impressions to be delivered.
Article Views Guarantee: The guaranteed number of article views to be delivered.
Video Plays Guarantee: The guaranteed number of video plays to be delivered.
Traffic to Site Guarantee: The guaranteed number of clicks to your primary campaign URL.
Tip: Use this section to compare your current delivery against each guarantee and monitor how your campaign is pacing toward its goals.
Monitoring Campaign Metrics and Social Engagement
Below the Campaign Guarantees, you’ll find your live Campaign Metrics, which show how your campaign is performing so far:

These metrics update in line with each publisher’s reporting cadence, so figures may change at different times depending on when data is received.
Interpreting Results
This section helps you understand how your campaign is performing across impressions, views, engagement, and traffic. As you review your dashboard, use the following to guide your assessment.
Track performance trends over time
Look at how impressions, views, and clicks are progressing throughout the campaign. Rising trends indicate strong momentum, while slower periods can signal where further optimisation or amplification may help.
Identify your strongest-performing content
Content level metrics (article views, video plays, clicks to site) show which placements are resonating most with audiences. This helps you understand what’s working such as specific topics, formats, or publishers.
Monitor pacing and distribution
Check that delivery is aligning with your campaign objectives. Consistent pacing ensures the campaign stays on track to meet its goals.
Compare delivery against campaign guarantees
The delivery indicators show how results are tracking toward the guaranteed numbers. This makes it easy to spot any areas of under delivery early, as well as where content or publishers may be exceeding expectations.
