Once an Advertiser has reviewed your proposal and marked the outcome as Won, the next step is to accept the brief and send through the Insertion Order (IO). The IO is the formal agreement that confirms the campaign details, budget, and terms and conditions. You can either upload an existing IO document or create one directly in the platform with digital signing enabled - this guide walks you through both options.
Navigate to your Workspace
Your Workspace is the home base for all your activity on the Collab Platform. Start here to access your active briefs.
Select Brief Manager from the left sidebar
This takes you to the full list of your active and past briefs.
Navigate to the Outcome tab to filter your briefs
The Outcome tab shows the status of all your briefs. Look for briefs marked as Won - these are the ones ready for you to proceed with an IO.
Click View Outcome next to the relevant campaign
This opens the outcome details for that brief, showing the Advertiser's decision and any feedback they included when selecting your response.
Click Accept & Send IO to begin the IO process
This confirms you are happy to proceed with the campaign and opens the IO submission screen. From here you can choose how you want to share the IO with the Advertiser.
Click Upload File Here to attach an IO document
Use this option if you have an existing IO prepared outside the platform - for example, a PDF or a document signed via DocuSign. Upload the file here so the Advertiser can access and review it directly in the platform.
Enter a name for the IO file in the text field
Give the file a clear, descriptive name so both you and the Advertiser can easily identify it - for example, IO - Campaign Name - May 2026.
Alternatively, choose the Create IO, T&Cs and Request Digital Signature option
Use this option if you want to create the IO directly in the platform and allow the Advertiser to sign digitally without needing to download and re-upload a document. This is the faster, more streamlined option for campaigns where everything is managed within the platform.
Enter the IO details in the IO & T&Cs text field
Include the key campaign terms and conditions here. This is what the Advertiser will review and agree to when they sign the IO, so make sure the details accurately reflect the campaign agreement.
Add any relevant notes in the Additional Comments field
Use this to include any context that does not sit within the formal T&Cs - for example, asset deadlines, delivery instructions, or any conditions that were agreed verbally and need to be documented.
Click Send to Advertiser
The IO will be sent to the Advertiser and they will be notified to review and sign. Once signed, you will receive a notification and the campaign can move forward.
