Learn how Brief Manager connects you with Advertisers, what you can do as a Media Owner, and how the end-to-end briefing process works on the Collab Platform.

What is Brief Manager?

Brief Manager is a tool that connects Advertisers with Media Owners, enabling a more streamlined and structured campaign briefing process.

Advertisers use Brief Manager to create and share briefs outlining campaign goals, budget, target audience, preferred formats and more. These briefs are then sent directly to relevant Media Owners on the platform.

For Media Owners, Brief Manager provides a central place to receive and respond to briefs, and collaborate with Advertisers.

What Can You Do in Brief Manager?

As a Media Owner, you can:

  • View campaign briefs shared with you by Advertisers

  • Accept or decline participation

  • Submit responses to Advertiser briefs

  • Receive feedback or revision requests from Advertisers

  • Update and resubmit your response as needed

How the Briefing Process Works in the Collab Platform

Tip: If you’re a part of the Collab Platform, you should have already received a login. To access the Collab Platform, follow this how-to for instructions.

  1. Receive a Brief Invitation. You’ll receive an email notification when an Advertiser or Agency sends you a brief

  2. Review the Brief. Open the brief in the platform and assess the budget, requirements, timeline, and deliverables

  3. Choose to accept or decline the Brief

  4. If you accept the brief, prepare your Brief Response. You can:

    • Start building your response immediately, or

    • Save it and return later, ensuring to submit before the Response due date

  5. Submit your response:

  6. The Advertiser will review your response and may:

    • Approve your response

    • Request revisions

    • Decline your response

  7. If revisions are requested:

    • Update your response based on feedback

    • Resubmit for review

    • This step may repeat until your response is approved or declined

Tip: You’ll receive email notifications whenever action is required, so keep an eye on your inbox to stay on track.
