Learn the efficient process for responding to advertiser briefs within the Avid PubSuite platform. This guide walks you through uploading your media plans and finalising your submissions to ensure clear communication with your advertisers.
Navigate to Collab Platform Workspace. If you're unsure how to access it, visit this how-to.
Click Brief Manager on the left-hand navigation bar
2. Click Build Response on the relevant brief
3. Input details about your response in the following text fields:
Response Overview
Additional Information
4. Select Media Plan Method. You can:
Upload a Media Plan link
(Coming soon) attach a Plan created via Campaign Builder (for PubSuite customers)
5. Enter details for the Media Plan you've attached:
Media Plan Name
Investment (Budget)
Deliverables (enter 0 for any metrics not applicable to your campaign)
Expected Reach
Impressions
Article Views
Clicks to Brand
Video Plays
Added value
Then, select the relevant Primary Content Formats by ticking the applicable boxes.
6. Enter more details about the Brief response to help the Advertiser understand what you're proposing. Use the following fields:
Additional Notes (Optional)
Audience Fit Explanation
Campaign Idea
7. Attach any supporting documents if relevant, such as presentation decks or concept materials.
Review all fields in your Brief response, and once you're ready, click Send to Advertiser.
Please note: Once submitted, your response cannot be recalled. Ensure all details are final before sending. You may submit revised versions later - previous versions will be stored and remain viewable for both you and the Advertiser
8. (Optional) If you’ve already sent your response but would like to make revisions, click Revise Response. This will submit a new version to the Advertiser. All previous versions will be stored and remain accessible via the Response tab
9. Once submitted, you can view the response shared with Advertisers (including previous versions, if any) via the Response tab
