Learn how to import article content from a Word document into Campaign Plan while maintaining the document’s formatting, structure, images, and tables.
Navigate to your Workspace
Click Campaign Manager
Select a campaign by clicking >
Click Content
Click Manage Content for the desired content.
Click Production Items & Placements
Click Edit icon for specific content item.
Click Creative Assets
Click Add Document
Click Import from Word. The import:
Preserves headings, body text, tables, and images
Maintains the original layout and structure
Accurately transfers 100% of text content
Supports very large documents (tested with files over 500+ pages)
Can upload multiple documents to the article
Click Update Document
Click Save Changes
