Easily manage campaign files, creative assets, and shared links at any stage of production. This guide shows where to upload, how to add shared drive URLs, and the difference between general assets and required assets with validation rules. You’ll learn how to keep campaign resources organised from briefing to final delivery, and ensure all files meet product specifications before they hit production.
Access First: Where You Can Upload Files and Assets
You can upload files and assets at three key stages in Campaign Manager:
Version A: Within the Campaign Briefing Form (during briefing)
Version B: After the form is approved, via the Files Tab in the campaign
Version C: Within the Content Plan, for asset validation
Each option supports different file types, asset requirements, and sharing methods.
Version A: Upload During the Campaign Briefing Form
You can add files directly from your computer at the briefing stage or once the campaign has been approved.
To upload general files to your campaign:
Go to the Files Tab (within the Campaign Briefing Form or the main campaign)
Click Upload File
Give the file a name
Either drag and drop your file or click to browse
Click Upload to save it
Version B: Adding Files and Links to Shared Drives
You can also add general campaign files such as documents, image files, or external asset locations.
To add a shared drive or URL-based file:
Go to the Campaign Files Tab
Click Add Link with Shared Assets
Enter a description and URL
Click Upload
Version C: Uploading Campaign Assets
There are two types of campaign assets:
General Assets: Creative files used in campaign execution
Required Assets: Files needed to validate products against content specifications (e.g. aspect ratio, duration, file type)
You can upload assets in:
The Campaign Briefing Form
The Content Plan
The Files Tab in the approved campaign
To upload an asset:
Click Upload Asset
Name the asset (e.g. “Client Supplied Hero Image”)
Drag and drop your file or click to upload
Click Upload to save
Required assets must meet product-specific validation rules. Be sure to check these before submitting.
