What the Briefing Form Covers

The Campaign Briefing Form consolidates key campaign details across phases, creative requirements, scheduling, and measurement. It’s designed to:

  • Provide full visibility into what’s been planned

  • Capture your campaign goals, brand nuances, and required approvals

  • Minimise misunderstandings before production begins

  • Create a collaborative space for reviewing and aligning on content plans, deliverables, and tracking

How to Access the Briefing Form

Once the publisher completes the internal setup, you’ll receive a To-Do and notification to review the form.

To access:

  • Log into PubSuite

  • Navigate to the Active Campaigns tab on the dashboard

  • Select your campaign marked as “Client Briefing”

  • Open the Briefing Form to begin your review

If you can’t see the campaign or form, reach out to your publisher contact or PubSuite Client Success Manager.

What to Review (Section-by-Section)

Each form will be slightly different depending on how the publisher has configured the setup, but here’s what to check:

Campaign Overview

  • Campaign title and brand information

  • Account team - members of your organisation who will be working on the campaign

  • Check the campaign costs and deliverables align

  • Campaign description and objective, and any other relevant notes

Campaign Phases

  • Review each Phase Title, live dates, and check the number of content pieces

  • Confirm pacing, and phase description

  • Check the phase deliverables align with your expectations

Content Requirements

You’ll be able to view and optionally contribute to:

  • Content focus, tone, audience summary

  • Mandatories and Do’s/Don'ts

  • Logo usage guidelines and asset handling

  • Social handles or brand inclusions

Assets & Media: Uploading Files and Providing Input

You can upload or link required brand assets directly from within the form:

  • Use Upload File to add briefs, logos, guidelines

  • Use Upload Asset for images, mock-ups, or content drafts

  • Use Add Link for shared folders (Google Drive, Dropbox etc.)

Uploaded files will be available to the publisher’s content and delivery teams.

Final Steps and Approvals

Once you’ve reviewed all sections and uploaded your files:

  • Use the Save button to approve your brief

  • The campaign will be returned to the publisher for next steps

  • Keep an eye on PubSuite notifications for future updates on:

    • Further required reviews of your Campaign Form

    • Content reviews

    • Asset approvals

    • Campaign scheduling

Note: You won’t be able to directly edit all sections—your publisher may update them based on your input.
