Create a Campaign from a Media Plan

Learn how to convert an approved media plan into a live campaign in Campaign Builder, including how to activate optional PubSuite Management features.


Prerequisites

  • You must have a completed media plan in Campaign Builder

  • Ensure your products, fees, and deliverables are finalised before approval


Steps to Create a Campaign from a Media Plan

1. Open Campaign Builder

  • From your Workspace, click into the Campaigns tab

  • Select Campaign Builder

2. Choose or Build a Plan

  • Open an existing plan ready for approval

    OR

  • Add products and phases to build a new media plan

3. Review Media Plan Details

  • Confirm all the following:

    • Product selection and pricing

    • Campaign phases and deliverables

    • Applied discounts or platform fees

4. Approve the Plan

  • Scroll to the bottom of the cart

  • Click Approve for Advertiser

  • Follow the prompts to confirm approval

5. Select Campaign Management Features

Once the plan is approved, a prompt will appear asking you to enable PubSuite campaign management tools.

Toggle on any of the following you want to activate:

  • Campaign Production & Reviews – enables briefing forms, asset uploads, and content reviews

  • Campaign Forecasting – adds a live campaign timeline with delivery milestones

  • Campaign Reporting – allows access to real-time reporting dashboards

6. Accept & Create Campaign

  • After selecting your features, click Accept and Create Campaign

  • Your campaign will now be converted and visible in Campaign Manager

All content pieces from your approved media plan will be automatically added to the campaign.

What Happens Next?

  • Your campaign becomes active and editable in Campaign Manager

You can begin briefing, uploading assets, tracking performance, and collaborating with clients
