Can I Change My Rates Once the Media Schedule/Plan Has Been Shared With the Client?

You can update your products (including costs), as well as fees and discounts (both default and custom rates), at any time. However, if the plan has already been approved, the rates set at the time of approval will be retained.

If the plan hasn’t been approved and you’d like to apply the updated rates, you’ll need to build a new plan and notify your client that the previous version is no longer valid.

It’s also important to note that you can set an expiration date for your media plan. In your Media Plan terms (configured in Workspace Settings), you can define how long the plan remains valid. By default, media plans are valid for 14 days from the date they are shared.

Can I Make Custom Products for Specific Campaigns?

Yes, you can create custom products within the Partner Profile via Management Console. If you want the product/s to only be accessible for specific campaigns or clients, you can tick the This is a Private Offer Product Only box, making it accessible only to Workspace Admin when adding to a campaign plan.

What Does It Mean When a Product or Bundle Is Set as a Private Offer?

When a product or bundle is set as a private offer, it will not be publicly available on your profile, and only a Workspace Administrator will be able to add the product to your campaign plan. You can also set expiry dates on the offer, allowing you to tailor offerings for specific advertiser campaigns.

Can I Create Bundles That Include Multiple Titles/Mastheads Across My Organisation?

Currently, bundles can be used to group products within the same Publisher Profile. This means you can bundle related products from a single publisher, but not across multiple publishers within your organisation.

Can My Client Build Their Own Media Plan on the Platform?

Currently, media plans are prepared by the publisher and can be shared with the client for review via exporting the media plan.

The media plan inclusions are customisable by the publisher in terms of the columns and metric inclusions.

The following features are on the product roadmap:

  • Media plans can be accessed and refined by the client by them accessing the Campaign Builder plan directly in the platform

  • Campaign Builder plan inclusions can be accessed and refined, with the updates flowing into the media plan

Can I Manually Change the Product Name on My Media Plan?

Product names can be updated within the Product settings via the Partner Profile. If it’s a one-off case for a specific campaign or client, and you don’t want to update the product name in your main catalogue, you can manually adjust the name by exporting the media plan to Excel or Google Sheets and editing it there before sending it to your client.

Can I Add Products Outside of Branded Content on My Media Plan?

Any products or formats not available in PubSuite (such as event sponsorships) and not intended for frequent use can be added as a Manual Line Item Adjustment to ensure their costs and inclusions are accurately reflected in the media plan.

For more information, visit How-To: Add Manual Line Item Adjustments.

Can I Add Products From Multiple Titles in My Network to the Same Media Plan?

Yes, Campaign Builder allows you to access all of your Publishing Titles within one location.

To access your Partner Profile in Campaign Builder, ensure that your profile status has been set to discoverable in the Partner Profile Settings by toggling your Profile Status to ON.

Can I Manually Change the Deliverables on My Plan?

Yes, you can adjust your product deliverables via manual line item adjustments in the Summary View.

For more information, visit How-To: Add Manual Line Item Adjustments.

What Happens When My Campaign Doesn't Have Deliverables? Can I Hide the Column?

Yes, you can hide the expected column by clicking the Edit Columns button in the Media Plan tab, and choosing which metrics and deliverables you’d like to include in your media plan.

What Are the Differences Between Guaranteed and Expected Deliverables?

Guaranteed Deliverables are the minimum performance delivery per metric that you commit to providing, while Expected Deliverables represent the anticipated performance based on historical data and current trends which exceed the guaranteed value/s.

Can I Select Which Guarantee Metrics I Want to Show on the Media Plan and Hide Those That Are Irrelevant?

Yes, by default PubSuite will include the relevant Guaranteed Deliverable metrics, but this can be customised to include or exclude any of the available metrics for both guarantees and expected values.

You can hide the guaranteed and/or expected deliverable columns via the Customise Media Plan button in the media plan in both the Overview and Detailed sections
