How are Content Briefs generated?

Content Briefs are automatically generated by PubSuite to save you time and ensure accuracy. Once you complete your Campaign Form and (if enabled) Content Plan, PubSuite pulls relevant data to pre-fill the Content Brief.

Before submitting to your Content Editor, the Campaign Manager is encouraged to:

  • Review the auto-generated Content Brief

  • Edit or customise any section to include additional context, creative direction, or notes

What happens when I change the owner of a Content piece?

All subsequent tasks will be allocated to the new owner; however, current or past to-dos will still be allocated to the current owner and will need to be re-allocated.

Can I add a new piece of Content to a Campaign that’s already live?

Yes, you can manually add a new piece of content at any stage of the campaign process. To learn how, visit [link to be added once available].

What’s the difference between a ‘Draft’ and a ‘Submitted’ content piece?

A 'Draft' piece of content is something that is still in production by the Content Editor. It is an incomplete version of the work that is to be submitted for feedback and review

A ‘Submitted’ piece of content is either the 1st draft of the content that is ready for review and feedback, or a revised piece of content that has already been reviewed and is ready to be updated according to the feedback.

What happens when I duplicate a Content piece? Does it copy the Distributions?

When you duplicate a content piece, all the data from the content piece is carried over to the new content piece, inclusive of the related distributions, its SLA’s, live dates, and any information you have added to the content piece, like assets and assigned Content Editor.

What type of Files can I upload to a content piece?

That depends on the format of the content piece. PubSuite is dynamically organised so that when you choose a specific format for a content piece, the allowed file types are in line with that content piece.

For example, if the Distribution format is an Image, PubSuite will allow you to upload JPEG, PNG, GIF, and PDF. If the format is a Video, then you can expect allowed file types like MOV and MP4.
