Viewing Your Responses
Great news - partners have responded to your brief. Here's where to find them:
Head to your Brief Manager dashboard in the Collab Platform
Open your brief and navigate to the Responses tab
All submitted responses will be listed here, ready for you to review
You'll also receive a notification each time a new response comes in, so you won't miss a thing.
Comparing Responses
Once you have responses, the Compare Tool makes it easy to evaluate partners side by side.
Select the responses you'd like to compare

Shortlist your preferred partners before making a final decision

Communicating With Media Partners
All communication with partners happens directly inside the Collab Platform - keeping everything in one place.
Use the Noticeboard within your brief to ask questions or respond to partners
Keep communication timely to avoid delays in moving your campaign forward
If your requirements have changed, update partners via the Noticeboard as soon as possible

Requesting Revisions and Sharing Feedback
Not quite what you were looking for? You can request changes directly from partners through the platform.
Send revision requests or feedback to individual partners from within your brief
Partners will respond directly via the platform - keeping all communication in one place
All feedback history is stored within the tool so nothing gets lost across emails or calls

Finalising Your Partner Selection
Once you're ready to make a decision, the final step is submitting an outcome for each partner.
Navigate to the Outcome tab in the Brief Manager
Mark your chosen partner as Won and select the Campaign Plan you'd like to move forward with
Mark any unsuccessful partners as Lost and include a note on your decision
Click Submit Outcome To Media Owner to notify them, or Save As Draft to return later
Partners will be notified of the outcome directly via the platform, giving them the visibility they need to plan ahead.
Changed your mind? You can revise your outcome at any time by returning to the Outcome tab.
