Ready To Brief? Here’s Everything You Need

Briefing multiple Media Partners traditionally involves building templates, sending emails one by one, chasing responses, and comparing proposals that all look different.

Brief Manager brings this into one place to save time.

Send a single brief to multiple Media Partners, receive structured responses in a consistent format, and compare them side by side, without email threads.

How To Submit A Brief

Create your brief, select Media Partners, set your budget, and define exactly what you want to see in a response.

To learn more, watch our How To Submit A Brief Video.

The Process:

  • Create your brief, upload a PDF or paste it directly into the platform

  • Select Media Partners, choose based on your campaign goals

  • Set your budget, use an exact (fixed) or tiered (flexible) budget

  • Define response requirements, outline what needs to be included, such as content approach, mocks, or audience targeting

  • Send your brief, Media Partners are notified and can start preparing responses

Choosing The Right Platform Inclusions

Not sure what to ask for in a response?

This guide helps you understand which platform inclusions align to different campaign objectives.

For more information, visit Guide: Which Platform Inclusions Are Right For My Campaign?

Comparing Responses: KPI Grid

Once responses are in, use the KPI Grid to compare Media Partners side by side, including reach, impressions, and investment.

Everything is standardised, so you can review proposals quickly without switching between documents.

To learn more, watch our How To Compare Responses video.

Using The Noticeboard

The Noticeboard is your central place for communication during the briefing process.

Use it to:

  • Ask questions and share updates with Media Partners

  • Post internal notes visible only to your team

  • Request revisions and keep a record of conversations

  • Flag urgent updates using the Critical Brief Update topic

Taking Action On Responses

Once you’ve reviewed responses, you can take action directly in the platform:

  • Select Won, confirm your chosen Media Partner(s)

  • Request Revisions, use the Noticeboard to share feedback and ask for changes

  • Select Lost, decline and optionally provide feedback
