1.From your Advertiser homepage, select "Active Campaigns".
2. Use the Search here field to find your campaign by name.
3. Once your campaign appears, click the arrow to expand and view the details.
4. You can find your campaign’s Noticeboard by clicking the “Noticeboard” tab in the menu. This is where all updates, messages, and communication for your campaign will appear.
5. The Notice Board is your campaign’s central communication hub where all updates, messages and important updates are shared throughout your campaign.
It’s also where you can post questions, share clarifications, and keep the whole team (publishers and any additional campaign contacts) aligned. Using the Notice Board ensures conversations stay visible, searchable, and easy for everyone to follow.
6. This section is where you can add new messages to the Notice Board. Use the text box to share updates, ask questions, or post any information you want the wider campaign team to see.
7. You can choose whether to Send an Email Notification to alert stakeholders, and Mark as Important if the message needs urgent attention. Either option can be selected on its own or together.
Select a Category Tag (e.g. Assets & Files, Content Production, Forecasts & Timeline Changes, General) so your message is organised and easy for others to find.
When you click "Post", your update will appear in the Notice Board feed for the whole team to see and respond to in one place.
8. After you post a message, it will appear at the top of the Notice Board, making it easy for the team to spot the most recent update first.
9. From this section, you can use the filters at the top to view All posts or Important only and you can also filter by Category Tag to quickly find the updates you need.
10. You can also search by keyword to quickly find specific messages, or filter by date to review updates from a particular time period. This makes it easy to track past messages or revisit important publisher updates without scrolling through the full message history.
11. You can also reply directly to any message to keep conversations in one place and avoid losing context. If something needs updating, you can edit or delete your own posts, helping keep the Notice Board accurate and easy to follow.
12. Some updates appear on the Notice Board automatically, such as system notifications (e.g. content going live, files uploaded, status changes).
You can also post messages manually to ask questions, share updates, or communicate with the wider campaign team.
13. For best results, use the Notice Board as your primary space for campaign communication. Keep posts clear and action-focused (what’s needed and by when), and use category tags to keep everything organised. Mark posts as Important when something requires timely action.
Reply within the same thread to keep context in one place and prevent follow-ups from getting lost across email or messages.
