1. From your Homepage, select "Active Campaigns" and use the search bar to find the campaign.

2. Once the campaign name appears, click the arrow to expand the campaign.

3. When in your campaign, navigate to the Files tab. This will show all campaign files in one place, organised into clear groups so you can easily see what’s required.

4. You will see the section below:

  • Campaign Files – files specifically related to your campaign, such as brand guidelines or compliance documents.

  • General Assets – Imagery or creatives to support content production.

  • Required Assets – Display banners requested by publishers.

To see which assets and files are required for each content format, refer to the guide linked here.

5. Pubsuite accept a wide range of commonly used file formats, including:

  • Documents & briefs (PDF, DOC)

  • Images & design files (JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, PSD)

  • Video & motion (MP4, MOV)

  • Display & web assets (HTML, ZIP)

  • Links & shared resources

6. From the "Files" tab, select "Upload File" to add a new asset to your campaign.

7. Use the Content dropdown to select the relevant content piece you’re uploading the asset for. This ensures the file is linked to the correct placement and automatically added to the content brief, so you don’t need to upload it again later.

For example, selecting “Brand Focused – Article Standard” links the asset directly to that specific article, making it easy for publishers to identify which content the file applies to.

8. Select the content piece where your file should be attached.
This ensures the asset is linked to the correct article or content deliverable for the publishers.

9. Adding a short description is optional but recommended, as it helps clarify what the file is and how it should be used.

• Name what the file is
• Note where it will be used e.g. brand focused article or social post.

10. Drag and drop your file into the ‘Upload Files’ section.

Once uploaded, select ‘View File’ to open the asset in a new tab and view it in full screen. You can upload multiple files at once, so you don’t need to upload them individually. Once uploaded, select "View File" to open the asset in a new tab and see it in full screen.

11. Once everything looks correct, click "Upload".

12. You’ll see a confirmation message when the file has been successfully uploaded. Select "Ok" to finish.

13. Removing or deleting a file from your campaign

If you’ve uploaded the wrong file or no longer need an asset, you can remove it directly from the Files tab in your campaign.

Click the trash bin icon next to the file you want to remove.

14. Then confirm by selecting Yes, delete in the pop-up.

This will remove the file from the campaign for all team members and publishers, so it’s best to double-check before confirming
