What Are Campaign Assets?

Campaign assets are the creative files publishers use to produce your campaign content and advertising placements.

These typically include:

  • Brand guidelines – positioning, key messages, tone of voice, visual identity rules, imagery style, and logo usage

  • Legal or compliance documentation – required disclaimers, terms, or regulated copy requirements

  • Imagery – product shots or lifestyle imagery

  • Display ad creatives – assets supplied according to publisher specifications

Sharing assets early also allows publishers to plan content more effectively, reducing delays and helping your campaign run on time.

How to Share Assets

You can upload campaign assets at the start of your campaign during the campaign briefing. Assets can also be added or updated at any time under the Assets & Media tab throughout the campaign.

Use the platform’s asset validation feature to confirm your files meet the required format and size before submitting them. You can upload individual files directly or add a link to a shared folder.

Uploading assets early helps ensure:

  • Publishers have everything they need to begin production

  • Delays caused by missing or incomplete files are avoided

  • Content and display placements meet publisher specifications
