This guide assumes you’re already inside an Article Content Review. If you need help accessing content reviews, follow the steps in How to Review Campaign Content
1.Once inside the Article Content Review, open the Preview URL dropdown to access and review the article preview link.
2. Open the Preview URL dropdown to access the article preview link. Use this link to review copy, hyperlinks, layout, and formatting before the article goes live.
Note: The preview link is not live.
3. To provide feedback on the preview URL, click "Request Revisions".
At this stage, only very minor edits can be made before the article goes live, such as spelling or grammatical corrections.
4. Add your feedback in the comment box and click "Add Feedback".
This section is just for comments about the Preview URL, including layout, formatting and any copy or links that are incorrect.
5. Click "Item Review Complete" once you’ve added all your preview link feedback.
Then select "Complete & Submit Review" to finalise your feedback.
The publisher will review your feedback and apply any required edits before the article goes live.
