Note: This guide assumes you’re already inside a Social Post Content Review. If you need help accessing content reviews, follow the steps in How to Review Campaign Content
1.Once inside the Social Content Review, review each post element using the dropdowns and the live preview panel.
Review each section of the post, including:
Post Media (Image, Video) – The lead social asset that will appear in feed
Post Tagline – The social caption that will accompany the post
Primary Outbound Link – The main destination link the post is driving traffic to
2. Click each dropdown to expand and review every section of the content, starting with "Post Media".
3. Select the "Live Preview Panel" on the right-hand side to view how the post will appear on the social platform.
4. To share feedback, select "Request Revisions", add your comments, then select Add Feedback.
You may also want to:
Select “Apply the same feedback to other content elements” if the same issue appears across multiple assets
Mark feedback as Urgent if it impacts timing, approvals, or compliance
Social posts are written in the publisher’s voice and tailored to each platform, with editorial, lightly branded posts typically performing best. When reviewing, focus on clarity, engagement and whether the post feels natural for the platform.
5. You can post your feedback and it will appear in the platform as shown below, visible to all relevant reviewers and the publisher.
6. Apply the same process to the Post Tagline and Primary Outbound Link, ensuring the link directs to the correct landing page.
Once you’ve reviewed all sections, each box will show as green and approved.
When all sections are complete, you’ll see “All Items Have Been Reviewed”, confirming the review is finished.
You can then choose to:
Select “Complete and Submit Review” to move the content to the next reviewer, either another internal team member or back to the publisher
Click “Save & Complete Later” if you’d like to pause and return before submitting
7. You’ll return to your Advertiser Homepage.
Repeat this process for any remaining social content by opening the next item under "Content Ready for Review".
