This guide assumes you’re already inside an Video Content Review. If you need help accessing content reviews, follow the steps in How to Review Campaign Content

  1. Once inside the Video Content Review, open the Media dropdown to begin reviewing the video draft.

Here, you’ll review:

  • Media (Video) - Hero asset

  • Caption for the video

  • Primary Outbound Link - Usually the campaign landing page

  • Sponsor To Tag - Brand tagged

  • First Comment - Suggested first comment to boost engagement

2. To review the video, click the arrow to expand, and press play to watch.

3. Once you’ve watched the content, if you’d like to add feedback, click “Request Revisions” below.

If no changes are needed, click “Item Review Complete.”

4. There is a Time Stamp feature that allows you to leave feedback on a specific moment in the video.

Play the video and pause at the point you want to comment on, then click “Time Stamp” to attach that exact moment to your feedback. The timestamp will appear as a green label.

Enter your feedback and click “Add Feedback” to submit your comment for that moment.

You can repeat this process to add multiple time stamped comments throughout the video.

5. You can also add general feedback that isn’t tied to a specific timestamp.

You can then:

  • Select "Apply This Feedback to Any Other Content Pieces Using This Element" to reuse the same feedback across other content pieces.

  • Mark feedback as Urgent, if required.

6. Click “Add Feedback” to log your comments. Aim to provide consolidated feedback in the first review round.

7. Once you’ve added all feedback to the video, click “Item Review Complete.” You’ll see a confirmation message letting you know your feedback has been saved.

Use the remaining drop downs to review each content element, including:

  • Caption – draft caption written by the publisher

  • Primary Outbound Link – where users will be directed to

  • Sponsor to Tag – the social account to be tagged

  • First Comment – the pinned or first comment for the post

8. Once all sections have been reviewed, you’ll see a message confirming “All Items Have Been Reviewed.”

From here, you can either:

  • Save & Complete Later – returns you to the homepage so you can pause and come back to your review at any time.

  • Complete and Submit Review – use this once all sections are reviewed and all feedback is final. Submitting will either complete your internal review or if you’re the final reviewer, send feedback to the publisher.
