Who sees what I’ve uploaded?
Anything you upload to your Publisher Profile - like Products, Bundles, Case Studies, and Opportunities - is only visible to advertisers when your profile is published and live. If your profile is still in Draft mode, it won't be seen by anyone. You can also manage visibility settings for individual Sub-Profiles if you're working across multiple brands or titles.

You can invite advertiser clients via the Advertiser Accounts menu in the left-hand navigation bar of your Workspace. From there, you can manage accounts, users, and associated campaigns.

Navigate to Management Console → My Account → My Organisation. Under the Organisation Members tab, you can add or manage workspace team members.

A Workspace is the overall publisher environment (your organisation). Sub-Profiles are individual brands, titles, or mastheads that sit within a Workspace. Each Sub-Profile is linked to a main Publisher Profile, allowing teams to manage multiple brands under a single organisational structure.

Yes. To preview how your profile will appear in a Workspace, go to Management Console → Manage Publisher Profiles, then click the arrow icon beside the profile you’d like to view.

Not currently. Profiles must be created individually, but you can copy and paste content across fields to speed things up.

No problem - you can save your profile as a draft and return to finish it later.

Yes, absolutely. Click Save Draft at any time to retain your progress. Your profile will remain hidden until you toggle Publish on the first setup tab.

Changes save instantly. Advertisers will always see the most up-to-date version of your profile in Discovery

Yes. You can manage multiple Publisher Profiles for different brands or titles under the same account.

If you want each title to show up individually in Discovery, then yes – set up a unique Profile for each. That way advertisers can search and find exactly what they're looking for.

A profile toggled On is live and visible to advertisers in Discovery. When toggled Off, it’s hidden from Discovery but still editable by you.

What’s the difference between a Case Study and an Opportunity?
A Case Study shows what you have done - a real example of a campaign or collaboration. An Opportunity is about what you could do - it’s a write-up for a future idea or activation that advertisers can explore and book.
Can I upload a PDF instead of filling in the fields?

Not at the moment. Case Studies need to be filled out using the structured fields so they can be searched and filtered properly in Discovery. If you have a supporting PDF, within the case study upload form, there is a place to include it.

It’s optional, but recommended. Strong metrics help advertisers understand the impact of your work and make your case study more compelling.

Aim to refresh your case studies every couple of months - especially when new results come in or you’ve done something relevant. It keeps your profile fresh and engaging

Yep! If a Case Study is outdated or no longer relevant, you can archive it — it won’t appear in Discovery but is still stored in your dashboard if you want to reactivate it later.
How do advertisers find my Case Studies?

They’re visible within your profile and in Discovery search results when advertisers filter by campaign type, outcomes, or audiences. Keeping tags updated helps boost visibility.

Not currently. Case studies are either published (visible) or archived (hidden). There is no option to restrict by advertiser.

Yes, we recommend confirming with the advertiser before publishing. This ensures you have approval to share logos, results, and testimonials.
Opportunities
What should I include in an Opportunity listing?
What should I include in an Opportunity listing?
An opportunity listing is a way to showcase potential collaboration ideas with advertisers so it’s important to give them the information they need to consider. Include the idea, insight, content formats, use cases, target audience, relevant verticals, budget, timing, inclusions, and any supporting content examples. The more context, the better.

Advertisers can discover your Opportunities through discovery filters in the Advertiser Portal, which surface relevant options based on category, timing, and campaign fit. You can also proactively present Opportunities during meetings or share them in follow-ups as part of your sales engagement.

Yes, you can update any field in your Opportunity at any time. Changes are saved instantly and will be reflected in your Profile.

Yes. Archiving removes it from Discovery but keeps it in your dashboard for future reference or reuse.

That’s great! You’re under no obligation to fulfill it if the timeline’s passed, but it might be a great chance to pivot the pitch or suggest a similar future idea. You can also archive the listing to avoid confusion.

In the Advertiser Portal, Advertisers use Discovery filters like category, audience, formats, and campaign goals. Keep your tags accurate and profile live for maximum visibility.

Yes - each Profile and Sub-Profile can be toggled on or off individually. Only “on” profiles appear in Discovery.
Do Sub-Profiles appear in search?
Do Sub-Profiles appear in search?
No. Sub-Profiles do not appear as standalone profiles in Discovery search—they’re surfaced through the main Publisher Profile they’re linked to. If you manage multiple titles and want each to be searchable independently, you’ll need to create a separate Publisher Profile for each.
