How To: Connect META Business Manager Connection

Follow this step-by-step guide to connect your META Business Manager


If multiple Business Manager accounts are connected to your profile, identify the one you want to share. > "Click on the correct Business Manager account"

2. After entering the selected Business Manager account's settings

  • Click on "Users" in the left-hand menu.

  • Under "Users", select "Partners".

Click here.


3. Click the add button choose the give a partner access to your assets.

Click "Add a partner and assign your business' assets to them."

4. A new pop-up window will appear asking you to enter a Partner Business ID.
enter the Partner Business ID: 878878538959130 (Avid Collective), then click Next to proceed.

Click "Next"

5. After clicking Next, a new window will appear to assign assets. You’ll see separate sections for Facebook Pages and Instagram Accounts.

For now, focus only on the Facebook Page section. If you have multiple pages listed under the Select Assets column, make sure to select the correct Facebook Page/s you want to share access to.

Click the "Select all" field.


6. Next, under Assigned Permissions, ensure that the following are selected:

  • Ads

  • Insights

This gives us the necessary access to run and track campaigns properly.

Click the "Ads" field.

7. Now let's move on to Instagram account. Again, this is a separate process.

Click "Instagram accounts"

8. You need to select the Instagram account that you would like to share access with us as well.

Click the "Select all" field.

9. Next, under Assigned Permissions, ensure that the following are selected:

  • Ads

  • Insights

This gives us the necessary access to run and track campaigns properly.

Click "Assign assets"

10. Finally, scroll down and click the Assign Assets button at the bottom of the window to complete the process.

Click "Assign assets"

11. And that's it. Click done

12. To confirm that access has been granted correctly, follow these steps:

  1. Go back to the Users > Partners section in your Business Manager settings.

  2. You should see Avid Collective listed under your partners.

  3. Click on our name to view the details.

Here, you’ll be able to see which assets (e.g., Facebook Page) you’ve assigned to us.
Make sure the correct page is listed, and that the necessary permissions (Ads and Insights) have been granted.
