How To: Update User Roles in Avid PubSuite

A quick guide to updating user roles in the PubSuite Management Console.

A step-by-step overview on how to update user roles and permissions in the PubSuite Management Console.


  1. To get started, navigate to your PubSuite Management Console https://avidpubsuite.com/console

2. Click "My Organisation".

3. Click the "Organisation Members" tab.

4. Select the User you wish to update by clicking ">" on the action column.

5. Click "Edit" on the top right-hand side.

6. Click "User Roles"

7. Tick the roles you'd like to assign to the User. You can assign one or multiple roles:

  • Workspace Roles

  • Organisation Roles

  • Publisher Roles

You can find a description of each role's permissions on the right-hand side.

8. Click "Update" to save changes.

You have successfully updated the user's role and access.
