Roles And Responsibilities in Avid PubSuite

Avid PubSuite operates on a role-based access system, where each role comes with specific permissions.

These permissions define what each user can access and do within the system. When a user is assigned a role or roles upon joining an organisation, they gain access to the features relevant to their role, while other functions remain restricted. This approach ensures that users have the right level of access needed for their responsibilities, enhancing workflow automation.

Partner Profile Manger

Oversees Partner Profiles, including the ability to edit and manage product listings.

This role is best suited to the person in your organisation who is responsible for BUA upkeep.

Commercial Manager

Creates and manages Campaign Plans, oversees marketplace opportunities, and can be assigned as the commercial lead on campaigns to input during campaign production + live periods .

Account Manager

Responsible for managing the advertiser relationship throughout campaign setup and implementation, with permissions to coordinate campaign configurations, liaise with internal teams, and address advertiser inquiries

Campaign Manager

This role is best suited to the person who will running your campaign, and is in charge of the end-to-end campaign process.

They have primary access across campaign implementation including campaign and content editing.

Content Manager

User responsible for overseeing the Content for each campaign. This role is best suited to the person who is accountable for content quality.

They have access to content pieces, including creating, editing, and deleting. However, their primary responsibility is to quality control check the Content Editor’s work.

Including a Content Manager in a Campaign is not mandatory. Only include this role in your campaigns when you want a ‘middle’ person between your Content Editor and Campaign Manager.

Content Editor

User responsible to draft or create content, such as a Writer, Journalist, or Content Creator. They are responsible for delivering the actual content pieces attached to campaign products.

They have partial access to content with a focus on being able to contribute to content pieces, but excluded from editing fundamental campaign details.

Content Scheduler

Ability to manage content status' and set content to go live

Performance Reporting Manager

Completes daily reconciliation, can manage reporting dashboards, and ensures reporting is accurate (only if Campaign Reporting is enabled in the Workspace).
