Locations & Platform Features

Workspace

Think of a Workspace as your team’s home base. It’s where everything related to your campaigns comes together—collaboration, task management, and tracking progress.

Your PubSuite tools live here, ready to streamline your workflow.
Imagine it as the ultimate shared office space, but digital—so no fighting over desk space!

Management Console

The Management Console is your PubSuite command centre, it’s where you manage users, workspaces, settings, and performance to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Customise workflows, set default permissions, or adjust system-wide settings.

  • Add or remove users, assign roles, and control permissions.

Portal

Every user has their own personalised doorway into the platform, designed to match their specific needs:

  • Publishers get access to tools and resources that help manage their content.

  • Advertisers see features that help them create and track ads effectively.
It’s like logging into a custom dashboard tailored just for you, making your work simpler and more focused.

Navigation Bar

Your platform tour guide! Found on the left side of the screen, it helps you:

  • Jump between tools, resources, and sections of your Workspace without losing track. Think of it as your digital roadmap—always pointing you in the right direction!

User Groups and Titles

Organisation

An organisation is like a digital team or company within the platform, where everyone works together seamlessly.

  • Each organisation includes members from one company or department.

  • Example: Your internal team forms one organisation, while advertisers have their own.
This structure keeps things neat and ensures everyone gets access to the right tools and Workspaces.

Member/Staff

A member is simply anyone who’s part of an organisation. From campaign managers to content creators, if you’re using PubSuite, you’re a member!

Role

Think of a role as your job description within PubSuite. It defines:

  • What you’re responsible for.

  • What you can and can’t do on the platform.
For example, an advertiser might create campaigns, while a publisher focuses on managing content. Roles keep the system running smoothly.

User

A user is anyone interacting with PubSuite. Whether you’re managing ads, creating content, or overseeing a Workspace, if you’re here, you’re a user!

Tenancy Types

Publisher (Single Publisher Masthead)

This is for independent publishers who manage their own content and advertisements without sharing resources. Think of it as a one-brand show—focused, streamlined, and entirely their own.

Publisher Network (Multi-Masthead Publishing Division)

A Publisher Network is like a publishing family tree. It’s a group of brands or mastheads under one umbrella, working together while maintaining their unique profiles.

  • Example: Avid’s own model, where workflows move from Publisher → Admin View → Advertiser.

  • Collaboration is key here, with shared resources and a unified management structure.

Marketplace (Multi-Directional Advertiser Interaction)

The Marketplace is where advertisers and publishers mingle. Advertisers can connect with multiple publishers, creating opportunities for diverse and targeted advertising.

Think of it as a digital matchmaking service for ads and content!

Content

Primary Content

The main content piece that is purchased with the highest production requirements, such as a written article or video. It holds the most importance to clients and serves as the key deliverable for achieving the campaign's goals

  • Example: A written article

Supplementary Content

Supporting content that complements and is purchased with the primary content, such as social posts. These pieces can either drive traffic to the primary content or stand alone to boost engagement and awareness of the campaign message.

  • Example: A facebook post, eDM tile

  • Note: All traffic drivers are supplementary content, but not all supplementary content has to drive traffic
