Navigate to the Avid Collab Platform
Click Assign Reps
Click Edit Default
Click the dropdown to view a list of accounts within your Organisation.
If the name you wish to select is not listed, please add them as a member to your organisation first by following this how-to.
Click on the name you wish to select as the default Account Representative for your Organisation
Click Save. That's it! You have successfully updated your Default Reps.
