What This Guide Covers
This guide explains what each icon in the editor toolbar means so you can confidently review and manage content during the approval process.
When reviewing content, you can:
View and share public review links - Ideal for stakeholders who don’t have platform access
Suggest edits using tracked changes
Add comments to give clear direction or ask questions
Format and structure text where needed
Insert additional images
Submit your review once all feedback is complete
Understanding The Toolbar Icons
How do I change text style?
Use the Paragraph dropdown to switch between Paragraph, Heading 1, Heading 2 and other text styles.How do I leave feedback on a section?
Use Add Comment (+icon) to leave a comment on a specific section of the content for the publisher.How do I make text bold?
Select the text and click B.How do I italicise text?
Select the text and click I.How do I underline text?
Select the text and click U.How do I cross out text?
Select the text and hit backspace/delete on your keyboard.How do I upload content from Word?
Click the word icon with the arrow to upload a Word document and automatically populate the editor.How do I create a numbered list?
Click Numbered List to create an ordered list.How do I create bullet points?
Click Bulleted List to create an unordered list.How do I undo a change?
Click Undo arrow to revert the last action.How do I redo a change?
Click Redo arrow to restore the last undone action.How do I upload an image?
Click the three dots and then Insert Image to upload and place an image within the content.How do I add a link?
Select the text, click the three dots and Insert Link to add or update a hyperlink.How do I add a quote?
Click the three dots, then select Block Quote to format text as a highlighted quote.How do I add a table?
Click the three dots, Insert Table and choose the number of rows and columns.How do I embed a video or file?
Click the three dots, then select use Insert Media to embed supported media into the content.
Review Highlights
When suggesting edits in the content editor, You will see colour coded changes:
Yellow Highlight: Add a comment to suggest changes.
Green Highlight: Enter replacement copy to suggest revised wording.
Red Text: Delete text to recommend removal.
All feedback is shared directly with the publisher.
How to Take Action During Review
At the bottom of the editor, you’ll see the key actions for completing your review:
Save & Continue Later
Saves your progress so you can return to the review at any time.Complete & Submit Review
Finalises your feedback and sends it to the publisher for the next step.In Progress
Shows the current status of the review so you know where things are at.
