Learn how to create a Flat Fee product in your profile by entering product details, content specifications, pricing, margins, inclusions, and commission settings before saving it to your rate card.
Navigate to the relevant Profile
2. Click here
3. Click Manage Products
4. Click Create New Product
5. Enter Product Name
6. Click Flat Fee and Click
7. Input Primary Content details:
Channel
Formats
Sub-Format
Placement
Content Approach
Example URL
and other Product
and click Next
8. Click Add Supplementary Content (if applicable), otherwise, click Next
9. Enter the Product Description
10. Set Production Timelines (important especially if you're using the Campaign Manager tool), and Case Study (optional), then click Next
11. Enter the Product Deliverables or Performance Benchmarks (both optional), and click Next
12. You can switch the Margin Type - choose from dollar value ($) or percentage (%)
13. Under Base Product Pricing, enter the Hard Cost and (optionally) a Margin
14. If applicable, under Product Inclusions, enter the Hard Cost and (optionally) a Margin
This section is typically used when you want to include additional fees in the total Product price - for example, production costs or other add-on charges that sit outside the core media cost.
15. On all relevant sections, toggle Commissionable Button ON or OFF as applicable.
The Commissionable toggle on each pricing row lets you control whether that specific line is commissionable or non-commissionable to Agencies or Partners
16. Total Product Price Breakdown will show the Hard Cost, Margin, Total Price, and Commissionable Value of:
Base Product Cost
Production Inclusion (if applicable)
Total Cost
17. Enter your Product's Rate Card Value (optional). This is also often referred to as Media Value
18. Click Save Changes
