Learn how to create a Sponsorship-based product by selecting a sponsorship type, adding content details, setting day-rate pricing and margins, defining sponsorship limits, and configuring commissionable inclusions before saving the product to your profile.
Navigate to the relevant Profile
2. Click here
3. Click Manage Products
4. Click Create New Product
5. Enter Product Name
6. Click Sponsorship Content Pricing, choose Sponsorship Type, and Click Next
7. Input Primary Content details:
Channel
Formats
Sub-Format
Placement
Content Approach
Example URL
and other Product
and click Next
8. Click Add Supplementary Content (if applicable), otherwise, click Next
9. Enter the Product Description
10. Set Production Timelines (important especially if you're using the Campaign Manager tool), and Case Study (optional), then click Next
11. Enter the Product Deliverables or Performance Benchmarks (both optional), and click Next
12. Under Day Rate & Margin, enter the Hard Cost and (optionally) a Margin
13. You can switch the Margin Type - choose from dollar value ($) or percentage (%)
14. Enter the Product Limits:
Minimum Sponsorship (Days)
Maximum Sponsorship (Days)
Required Day/s of the Week (Optional)
15. If applicable, under Product Inclusions, enter the Hard Cost and (optionally) a Margin
16. On all relevant sections, toggle Commissionable Button ON or OFF as applicable.
This toggle lets you control whether that specific line is commissionable or non-commissionable to Agencies or Partners
17. Total Product Price Breakdown will show the details of the product's hard cost, margin, and Commissionable value :
Daily Rate Base
Total Day rate
Flat Fee Based inclusions (if applicable)
18. Enter your Product's Rate Card Value (optional). This is also often referred to as Media Value
19. Click Save Changes
