1.From your Advertiser homepage, select Active Campaigns.
2. Use the Search here field to find your campaign by name.
3. Once your campaign appears, click the arrow to expand and view the details.
4. Click the Content tab in the campaign menu to open your content list. This shows all content for your campaign, along with its status, phase, publisher and scheduled date, making it easy to see what’s in progress and what’s coming up.
5. Use the search field to find a specific item, for example “Article”.
6. Select an item and click Manage Content to open it.
From here, you can view all details, check its status and complete any required actions for that content.
7. The Next Steps tab shows every content item in your campaign.
8. You can switch between views to see where each item sits and what needs your attention next.

With Avid To Action – items the Avid team is currently working on
With Advertiser To Action – items waiting for your review or input
Completed Items – items that have been finalised
9. The Set Up tab shows the core details for this content piece. Here, you can quickly check the schedule, publisher information, content type, phase, and who is assigned to the work.
10. The Content Brief & Media tab shows everything the publishers are working from.
11. Select Content Brief to review the campaign direction and key messaging
12. Choose Content Media to view any assets and files provided to support the content.
13. The Deliverables tab shows what your campaign is set to deliver and how it’s tracking. You’ll see each deliverable e.g. article views, impressions, the guaranteed numbers and the expected delivery, giving you a clear snapshot of what’s been committed.
14. The Production Items & Content Placements tab shows how each content piece will be published and promoted. You can view the main content, supplementary content (such as EDMs and social posts), their status and schedule.
15. You can also switch between Organic, Amplification and AmpPlus to see different distribution types.

Amplification – paid or boosted activity driving traffic to your content
16. Click "Home" to return to your Advertiser homepage.
