When your campaign form is ready for review, it will appear as a task on your homepage in the To-Do list. You’ll see a due date beside it so you know when it needs to be completed.

  2. Review the task summary in your To-Do list, then click "Review" to view the campaign form and check the details before submitting for approval.

3. You can also access the campaign form via "Active Campaigns" tab by selecting your campaign.

4. Click the action button next to the campaign to view the campaign form.

5. Once inside the form, start by reviewing the Campaign Details section. Move through Phase Setup & Briefing, Content Details and the remaining tabs to check live dates, content requirements and key campaign information.

To make changes, click into any field to edit, then select "Continue" to move to the next section.

6. Under Campaign Details, check that the correct team members are added to the campaign and that their roles are accurate. Make sure the relevant stakeholder is assigned as the Final Approver.

Click here to view a checklist of what’s required in the campaign form.

7. To upload campaign assets, go to the "Assets & Media" tab and click "Upload File".

  • General Files are for brand guidelines and other key briefing documents.

  • General Assets are for content imagery and display assets.

Click here to view a detailed guide on the assets required for your campaign.

8. Add a brief description so it's clear what the asset is for, for example, "Hero image for Brand Focused article", select your file, then click "Upload".

9. To upload assets via a shared link, click "Add Link with Shared Assets".

10. Enter a short description so it’s clear what the asset is for, then paste the URL and click "Upload".

11. If you need to leave the form before submitting, click "Save & Complete Later".
You can return at any time to finish your review.

12. When you're ready, click Submit Campaign Briefing Form for Review to send the form back to the team for final checks before the campaign begins.

If any changes are needed, the publisher can return the form to you after making updates, giving you another opportunity to review.

Once the campaign moves into production, this form becomes the foundation the publisher uses to create all campaign content.

13. Once submitted the status should update to "Content Production".
