How To: Customise Fees & Discounts for an Advertiser

Quickly update or apply discounts to a specific advertiser’s account.

Discover how to streamline pricing preferences directly in the Advertiser Organisation settings.


  1. Navigate to the Workspace dashboard

2. Click on "Advertiser Account" in the left hand side panel.

3. Click "Advertiser Organisations" in the drop down menu

4. Choose the "Advertiser" you wish to update (underneath the client field)

5. Click "Actions" on the top right hand corner

6. Click on "Edit Organisation Details" from the drop down menu

7. Set or refine the "Advertiser Discount" value

Set or refine the "Advertiser Discount" value

8. Set or refine the "Service Fee" value

Set or refine the "Service Fee" value

Any updates made to the Advertiser Discount and/or Service Fee fields will automatically apply to all new Campaign Builder plans for this advertiser. Any existing plans will not be impacted.

To reflect these updates in an existing plan duplicate the campaign plan.

9. Click "Save Details" and you are done.

Tip!

Any discounts or fees applied to the Advertiser will override the default values set in your Workspace Settings.
