How To: Set Workspace Default Fees & Discounts

Set and manage default fees and discount tiers for all campaigns in your workspace.

Learn how to apply consistent pricing rules with automated fee and discount settings


  1. From your Management Console, Click "My Workspace"

2. Click "Campaign Builder" in the left hand side bar

3. Scroll down to "Fees & Discounts"

4. Toggle on the fees that you would like your organisation to apply as a default in Campaign Builder.

The default fee options are:

  • Platform Fee

  • Service Fee (Note: This can be customised per Advertiser Account in the Workspace)

5. Set the default percentage fee for each of the fees toggled on

​6. Click the "Discount on Spend" toggle to ON

7. Click the "Add" button to populate the first discount on spend bracket

8. Starting from $0, build out your discount on spend brackets by adding:

  • Bracket Min Value

  • Bracket Max Value

  • Discount Value

Click "Add" to populate each new row

Tip!

Ensure that each "Bracket Min" row starts $1 after the previous "Bracket Max".

For example, if the Bracket Max value = $20,000, the next Bracket Min = $20,001

9. Click "Save Changes" in the top right hand corner to finalise fees and discount set up for your workspace.
